Safe, responsible use
We want every RO House stay to be comfortable, enjoyable, and safe. Use of the gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, recovery equipment, rooftop areas, and other amenities is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, drowning, burns, and injury. Guests are responsible for following posted instructions and house rules, using equipment within their abilities, and supervising children. Do not use an amenity while impaired or if it appears damaged, unsafe, or closed for service. Stop use and notify us promptly if a problem occurs.
Wellness, not medical treatment
Wellness amenities and protocols are provided for recreation and general wellbeing, not medical treatment. Guests should seek appropriate medical advice before using an amenity if they have a condition that may make its use unsafe.
Amenity availability & repairs
Amenities vary by property and may occasionally be unavailable for part or all of a stay because of scheduled cleaning, maintenance, repairs, equipment issues, weather, or safety concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate known interruptions and address reported issues promptly, but uninterrupted availability, a specific repair time, or restoration during your stay cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us before booking if a particular amenity is essential to your visit.
